Sales Manager


As we expand our presence across premium markets, we seek an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead business development, drive strategic sales growth, and strengthen our brand presence through client engagement and on-ground activations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive revenue growth through bulk, corporate sales channels.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients, HNI customers, event partners, and gifting opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and tasting sessions to convert leads into successful business opportunities.
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing team to maximize lead conversion and customer engagement.
  • Lead and oversee premium mall activations, tasting events, exhibitions, and pop-up stalls.
  • Identify high-potential locations and opportunities to enhance brand visibility and customer outreach.
  • Ensure consistent brand communication and customer interaction standards across all events and activations.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management review.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for inventory planning, order fulfillment, and customer servicing.
